The following conditions apply to the use of the platform www.HvemDrepteTina.no: Filmhimmelen 1 AS gives the customer access, via www.HvemDrepteTina.no, to perform video streaming of the series for a fee, on the customer's equipment, which can be a computer, smartphone or tablet in addition for selected types of Smart TV and game consoles (hereafter the customer's device). Filmhimmelen 1 AS offers the following products: - Rental of series for 2 weeks. Renting a film for 2 weeks gives the customer access to video streaming and playback of the rented film for 2 weeks from the time the playback starts. Renting the series gives the customer unlimited access to video streaming and playback of the rented series, as long as the series is covered by the agreement between Filmhimmelen 1 AS and the rights holders. Rented series cannot be played in offline mode without access to the Internet.

Use of www.HvemDrepteTina.no assumes that the customer is in possession of the necessary equipment (hardware and software). The customer can order, pay and play movies as described in point 3. www.HvemDrepteTina.no can only be used for the customer's own private use, including the customer's household. When the customer has created a profile at www.HvemDrepteTina.no, the customer can freely play the series within the EU's borders, cf. the EU's portability regulation of online content services. The customer's use of www.HvemDrepteTina.no requires the customer to create and identify himself via his www.HvemDrepteTina.no log in/register profile, cf. section 5. Use of www.HvemDrepteTina.no can take place from any connection to the Internet in Norway and in the following way: – The series can only be played on one device at a time. - The customer can use www.HvemDrepteTina.no from one device at the same time. - The customer can choose to use www.HvemDrepteTina.no on up to five different devices, which are registered in www.HvemDrepteTina.no systems, cf. section 5. When using www.HvemDrepteTina.no via mobile data services, the customer must be aware that the supplier of the mobile data service may additionally require payment for the use of the amount of data, measured in megabytes (MB), that the series uses. Streaming of the series depends on the bandwidth of the connection you use. It is recommended that the customer's use of www.HvemDrepteTina.no does not take place via a broadband line where payment is settled according to consumption. In order to achieve satisfactory quality when viewing the streamed series, it is recommended that the download speed of the internet connection the customer uses is at least 10 Mbit/s. It is reserved that the quality of the series shown may vary, depending on the customer's other use of the internet connection used and variation in the communication speed of the internet connection used. When playing the rented series, the size of the data required by the series and the requirements for the speed of the internet connection used may increase compared to the time the agreement was concluded, as a result of technological developments. Filmhimmelen 1 AS reserves the right to temporarily close access to www.HvemDrepteTina.no in special cases, including due to operational or security reasons.

At www.HvemDrepteTina.no there is information on prices for renting the series. The series can be paid for and played at www.HvemDrepteTina.no (via a computer), via iPhone/iPad (IOS), Android smartphones and tablets, as well as via certain types of Smart TV and game consoles with Internet access. Receipt for the customer's order is sent to the e-mail address associated with the customer's www.HvemDrepteTina.no profile, cf. section 5. Payment for the series can be made in the following ways: - By using the customer's payment card, which the customer has the opportunity to register in advance on the customer's www.HvemDrepteTina.no profile, cf. section 5. - When using Vipps, ApplePay and Paypal.

When using www.HvemDrepteTina.no, delivery of the series takes place immediately after the order has been completed. The series is then available to the customer on the agreed terms, cf. section 1. Since the delivery of the series takes place immediately after the customer's order, the customer gives consent when ordering that the delivery of the film takes place immediately, with the effect that the customer's normal 14-day right of withdrawal lapses upon delivery. www.HvemDrepteTina.no profile, payment card registration and processing of personal data. The customer's use of www.HvemDrepteTina.no requires the customer to create a profile on wwwHvemDrepteTina.no. When creating a profile, the customer chooses a username and password (login data). The customer's exchange of login data with Filmhimmelen 1 AS takes place in encrypted form via a secure connection. The customer's login is personal information and cannot be passed on to a third party. The customer is responsible for the misuse of this information by others. Via the www.HvemDrepteTina.no profile, the customer has access to the customer's use of the series.

When the customer registers a payment card (with associated card information), a third party approved by international security standards (PCI DSS - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) registers and stores the necessary payment card information for use for future debiting of the customer's payment card, on behalf of Filmhimmelen 1 AS. The customer consents to the registration of the customer's payment card and card details, and the customer can change or unsubscribe/remove a registered payment card at any time. Special privacy policies apply to Filmhimmelen 1 AS's processing of personal data.

The customer's use of www.HvemDrepteTina.no requires the customer to create a profile on wwwHvemDrepteTina.no. When creating the profile, the customer chooses a username and password (login data). The customer's exchange of login data with Filmhimmelen 1 AS takes place in encrypted form via a secure connection. The customer's login is personal information and cannot be passed on to a third party. The customer is responsible for the misuse of this information by others. The customer has access to the customer's rented series via the www.HvemDrepteTina.no profile. It is a prerequisite for using www.HvemDrepteTina.no that the customer registers via Vipps, Facebook, Google or e-mail with their payment card (with associated card details) on the customer's www.HvemDrepteTina.no profile for payment of the customer's series. After payment with the customer's payment card, a receipt will be sent to the e-mail address associated with the customer's www.HvemDrepteTina.no profile. When the customer registers a payment card (with associated card information), a third party approved by international security standards (PCI DSS - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) registers and stores the necessary payment card information for use for future debiting of the customer's payment card, on behalf of Filmhimmelen 1 AS. The customer consents to the registration of the customer's payment card and card details, and the customer can change or unsubscribe/remove a registered payment card at any time. Filmhimmelen 1 AS processes data about the customer (name, address, e-mail address, IP address etc.), about the customer's consumption of Filmhimmelen 1 AS (series), as well as which devices the customer uses when using www.HvemDrepteTina.no If the customer creates www.HvemDrepteTina.no profile via Google/Facebook, customer-specific Google/Facebook data is also processed, to which the customer has consented. Processing of the aforementioned data takes place with the purpose of 1) being able to correctly collect payment for the customer's consumption, 2) complying with reporting obligations towards content providers and preventing unlawful use of www.HvemDrepteTina.no, 3) use for own market research and marketing, including to recommend content based on the customer's other use of www.HvemDrepteTina.no

The series that the customer has rented via www.HvemDrepteTina.no cannot be redistributed to third parties. The customer may not make a public display, internal redistribution in companies or commercial exploitation of the series "Who killed Tina?".

The series from Filmhimmelen 1 AS is copyright protected. In the event of the customer's violation of the rights of third parties, e.g. in the case of copying, distribution, public display, commercial exploitation of the delivered series, unauthorized use by anyone other than the customer's household, Filmhimmelen 1 AS is entitled to interrupt the customer's access to www.HvemDrepteTina.no The customer may also risk punishment and liability for damages. To check whether copying of copyrighted content is taking place, each episode in the series ordered by the customer is marked. The marking takes place in the form of information that can only be read on a possible copy.

The agreement on rented series at Filmhimmelen 1 AS is subject to Norwegian law. In the event that a dispute arises between the customer and Filmhimmelen 1 AS regarding matters arising from this agreement, the customer can complain to Filmhimmelen 1 AS. Filmhimmelen 1 AS basically makes the decision no later than three months after the complaint has been received. Filmhimmelen 1 AS's decision can be brought before the Consumer Ombudsman, Sandakerveien 138, 0484 Oslo, tel. +47 23 400 600, www.forbrukerombudet.no All disputes can otherwise, by each of the parties, be brought before the ordinary courts in Norway, according to the applicable rules regarding this.
